By accessing the Website, submitting a form, booking a demo, or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. About our services

nextchanakya provides live, instructor-led online classes, along with demo sessions and learning materials such as downloadable curricula. Course content, structure, duration, and schedules are described on the relevant course pages and may be updated as school curricula and educational best practices evolve.

3. Eligibility

Our classes are designed for school students. Enrollment, payment, and account management must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Students participate in classes under their parent's or guardian's consent and supervision. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Enquiries, demos, and enrollment

You may contact us or request a free demo session through the forms on our Website. Submitting a form is a request for information or a demo and does not by itself create an enrollment or a binding contract for a course. Enrollment is confirmed only once you receive email confirmation from us and any applicable fee is paid.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for our classes, courses, programs, and other paid services will be displayed or communicated to you before you enroll or make a purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and are due at the time of enrollment or purchase. Where available, we may offer installment or subscription payment options. Any applicable payment schedule, installment amounts, subscription terms, taxes, or other charges will be clearly presented before you complete your enrollment or purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges in accordance with the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Certain classes, resources, trials, or services may be offered free of charge. If a service is free, no payment will be required unless otherwise disclosed before you access or enroll in the service. 6. Cancellations and refunds

All purchases and enrollments for our classes, courses, programs, and other paid services are considered final. We do not permit cancellations or provide refunds once payment has been completed or enrollment has been confirmed. Before completing a purchase or enrollment, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable course details, schedule, fees, and other information provided to you. If you are unable to attend a class or course after enrollment, no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We may, at our discretion, reschedule a class, provide an alternative class or service, or offer another appropriate remedy if we are unable to provide the service as originally scheduled. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Where applicable law requires us to provide a refund or other remedy, we will comply with those requirements. 7. Course delivery and scheduling

Classes are delivered online through live sessions on scheduled dates and times. We may, where reasonably necessary, adjust schedules, session timings, instructors, or delivery arrangements. Where a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants in advance. You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device to attend live sessions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and within our Services — including course materials, curricula, downloadable documents, text, graphics, logos, and the nextchanakya name — is owned by or licensed to nextchanakya and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials solely for your own learning.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, record, reproduce, republish, or distribute our course materials or session content;
  • Share your access with, or resell the Services to, any third party;
  • Use our content to create or deliver a competing course or service; or

  • Disrupt live sessions or harass instructors or other participants;

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us — through our contact, demo, newsletter, or enrollment forms — is accurate and current. We rely on this information to respond to you and deliver the Services.

11. No guarantee of outcomes

Our Services are educational. While our syllabus is structured by grade and taught by experienced tutors, we do not guarantee any specific academic result, including particular grades, test scores, competition results, or admission outcomes. A student's results depend on many factors, including their own effort and circumstances. Any statistics, examples, or testimonials describe outcomes some students have achieved and are not a promise that your child will achieve the same.

12. Third-party content and links

Our Website and course materials may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, certifications, and websites that we do not control. We provide these for convenience and education only, and we are not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, or terms. Third-party tests and competitions — such as the SAT, ACT, AP exams, or math competitions — and their rules, registration, and scoring are set by the organizations that run them, not by nextchanakya.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextChanakya and its instructors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextChanakya's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website or Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid to NextChanakya for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law and any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted, the courts having jurisdiction over NextChanakya's registered office in Maharashtra, India, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services.
