  • Organized by state and grade: Our syllabus follows the sequence of your child's school year, grade by grade, for California, Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Illinois.
  • Bring the homework question: Students are encouraged to bring the exact problem that didn't click in school. It gets worked on the board, in class.
  • Practice between classes: Every session ends with a practice set for the week, so learning doesn't stop when the hour does — and parents can see what's being worked on.

Class opens with the questions students brought from school and from last week's practice set. Nothing moves on until they're cleared.

2. The concept, step by step

The tutor works the concept on the board — slowly, out loud, showing the reasoning, not just the recipe.

3. Your child solves one live

Every student works a problem in real time with the tutor watching. In a class of five, there's nowhere to hide — and no need to.

4. Recap and practice set

The hour closes with a recap and a practice set for the coming week — so parents can see exactly what was covered and what comes next.
