Course Overview
Our Texas Grade 2 Hindi course is specially designed for children living in the United States who wish to strengthen their Hindi language skills while staying connected to Indian culture and traditions. The curriculum focuses on developing listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension through interactive lessons, stories, poems, conversations, and fun classroom activities.
Students become confident in reading short passages, writing meaningful paragraphs, speaking fluently, and understanding everyday Hindi.

Students improve reading fluency by practicing words and sentences containing common Hindi matras accurately and confidently.
Reading Short Stories
Students read simple stories and identify characters, events, and the main idea while improving pronunciation and comprehension.
Reading Comprehension
Students answer questions based on short passages to develop understanding, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills.
Picture Reading
Students observe pictures and describe them using complete Hindi sentences, enhancing reading and speaking confidence.

Word & Sentence Writing
Students write correctly spelled words and meaningful sentences using proper grammar and punctuation.
Paragraph Writing
Students learn to write short paragraphs on familiar topics such as My Family, My School, My Favorite Festival, and My Best Friend.
Creative Writing
Students express their imagination by writing simple stories, picture descriptions, and personal experiences in Hindi.
Dictation Practice (श्रुतलेख)
Students improve listening, spelling, and writing accuracy through regular Hindi dictation exercises.
Grammar (व्याकरण)
संज्ञा (Nouns)
Students identify naming words and use them correctly in everyday conversations and written sentences.
सर्वनाम (Pronouns)
Students replace nouns with suitable pronouns to make sentences clear, meaningful, and less repetitive.
क्रिया (Verbs)

विशेषण (Adjectives)
