Course Overview
Our Texas Grade 10 English Language Arts & Reading (ELAR) course is designed according to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards. The curriculum strengthens students' abilities in advanced reading comprehension, literary analysis, academic writing, grammar, vocabulary, research, speaking, listening, and media literacy while preparing them for college readiness, AP English, SAT®, ACT®, and future academic success.
